calabrian salsa


2 cups citron marmalade

2 cups cherry tomato

2 cups calabrian chiles ( no stems )

1/2 cup cilantro leaves ( loose )

1/4 cup mirin

7 cloves garlic ( large size ) (use more if small )

1 teaspoon salt



CHIVE CREMA

1 : 1 sour cream / whipped cream cheese

mix in minced chives
