GUACAMOLE

Izakaya Guacamole is used for the crispy rice dish

6 avocados

.5 - 1.5 seranno pepeprs ( remove seeds ) ( adjust based on size of seranno )

2 limes ( juiced )

2 colves garlic ( chopped fine )

15 green onion ( chopped fine ) ( white ends leftover from cutting scallions )

1 small handful of micro cilantro

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

smash the avocados + mix together .

store in 1/9 pan.

double wrap ( first plastic wrap goes tight to the guacamole. second wrap is tight to top of container.
