MISO SOUP

1 quart ( 900g) MISO PASTE

1 spoonfull DASHI ( Hon Dashi)

2 quarts water


HEAT INGREDIENTS together in large or medium sauce pan ( depending on batch size )


For Service...

add tofu, wakame, crispy garlic + scallions to miso bowl

add 8oz miso soup ( fill miso bowl 1/2 inch from top of bowl )


NOTE: we partition our miso into quart containers and 1/2 quart containers.

when making the miso simply use the container that the miso was stored in and add two parts water to the sauce pan.
